You can't just do it once and then forget about it. You have to repeat your affirmations every day until it becomes a habit. When your affirmations become habits, only then will you start seeing the results. minimum 21 times at one single sitting. twice a day

and many times during the day repeat it to yourself.

Practice your affirmations daily, with feeling and emotion, preferably at the same place twice a day, and you'll be amazed at how quickly your desires manifest.
