5 Minutes Mindful Practices

Aware and Mindful

One doesn’t have to take out hours to relax the mind, or be aware in the present moment


Simple doable acts can get you there in a jiffy

Simply

  • Be aware where ever you are whatever you may be doing ,just become aware of that act moment feel it with all of your senses.

  • Take a long deep breath with full awareness, feel the breath going in through the nose out through the mouth gently

  • Switch on a peppy tune on radio

  • Take out few happy pictures and go through those fun moments once again

  • You have a pet? Then no better time to pet it a little and see that look in your pet’s adorable eyes adoring you, and feel the rush of feel good hormones singing in your veins

  • Try looking at the star filled moon kissed night sky and fill in the soothing gentle twinkling starlight with each breath ,a sense gratitude for all the splendor nature has put around us

  • What about saying hello to Sunshine as you wistfully sip your favorite cuppa!

SO don’t worry don’t fret just do it , each moment mindfully lived is moment gifted to the self.
