Mind matters! literally it matters a lot and specially what you keep in it matters more , it can easily manage or hijack your moods and behaviour .
we have never consciously halted and thought what is going on in the mind .
mind has a limited capacity like any vessel . you want to put something in then first we have to make space .
so lets make some space in the mind . Just like in the computer we identify the files we no longer need. then we choose to delete them and clean the recycle bin also .
